Question: My tray has arrived with a slight bend in the middle?

Some of the trays arrive with a slight bend in the middle. It is how they are manufactured. The solution from the company is to place it in the sun with warm water for a few hours or lay flat on the ground with something heavy on it. This is how the trays are made and cannot always be avoided.

Question: Can I put lots of heavy weight on the tuff tray?

When using the tuff tray do not overload it with weight this can lead to the tray bending and warping. The Tray is intended for small world play, arts and crafts, sensory and messy play. 

Question: Can I leave my tray outside?

This a product designed for indoor storage. It can of course be used outside but its not designed to be left outside in the elements all day every day as it will fade and potentially warp over time. 

Question: My tray has arrived damaged in transit?
